Seasoned attorney Eric Oliver has a deep commitment to his family, community, and legal practice. Raised in rural Shelby County, Indiana, he graduated from Purdue University, where he met his wife, Kathy. Together, they raise their family in Danville, Indiana.

After earning his law degree cum laude from Valparaiso University School of Law, Eric embarked on his legal career.  As a founding partner of Oliver & Cline, LLP, Eric now focuses primarily on estate and probate law, elder law, real estate law, and business law. His practice is dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of estate planning, protecting their assets, and ensuring their wishes are honored. Additionally, he advises clients in real estate transactions, agricultural matters, family law, and represents several local units of government, drawing on his extensive knowledge of the legal issues specific to these areas.

Eric and his family worship and serve at West Bridge Church in Danville, Indiana. Eric is also a member of the Danville Rotary Club, where he previously served as president.
