About Fred Cline

Fred Cline lives in Danville, Indiana.  A Danville Community High School graduate, Fred earned his undergraduate degree from Taylor University (magna cum laude) and his doctorate in juris prudence from Indiana University School of Law (magna cum laude).

Fred is married and has been blessed with four girls.  The Clines are active members at West Bridge Church in Danville.  Fred  is also involved in the community as a member of Rotary and the Danville Chamber of Commerce.   Fred serves as a board member of Hendricks County Pro Bono Program and is a past president of the Hendricks County Bar Association.

Fred represents debtors and creditors in a wide array of situations, including bankruptcy, foreclosure, settlement and litigation. In addition, Fred regularly advises clients on contract negotiations, business formation, real estate and probate issues.   Fred also represents businesses and individuals in state and federal court.
