About Eric Oliver

Eric Oliver grew up in Fairland, Indiana, and, after graduating from Triton Central High School, attended Purdue University.  At Purdue,  Eric met his wife, Kathy (Whicker) Oliver.

Eric attended Valparaiso University School of Law, graduating cum laude.  Eric and his wife have eight children and live in Danville, Indiana.

Prior to starting the law firm of Oliver & Cline, LLP, he worked at Kendall, Wood, Lowry, Kessinger and Oliver.  Eric handles criminal cases, divorces, paternity cases, personal injury cases, estate planning and business planning.  Eric has advised a group of investors in the endeavor of starting a bank.  He also represents Stilesville, Coatesville, Clayton and the Hendricks County Health Department.

Eric and his family worship and serve at Kingsway Christian Church in Avon, Indiana.  Eric is actively involved in the Danville Rotary Club and serves on its Board of Directors.  Eric volunteers through the Alliance Defending Freedom, a national organization helping to protect individuals, churches, not for profits and businesses from the attacks of liberal organizations and the government censorship of infringement on religious rights.  Eric also volunteers with the Rule of Law Institute and Advocates Europe organizations. Eric has previously served as the President of the Hendricks County Election Board.
